Issues w/ ImageMagick

Hey, I'm not sure if this community is still active or not. But I like this FotoBuilder project and would really like to set up a server with it. However, I can't seem to get Image::Magick installed via tarball (I've already tried CPAN and I recieve the same result). I'm getting the below error message:
